Photo tip 1 Long exposure - for water movements. Location: Kolesino waterfalls.Do you wish to create a picture like this?  
If so: here is my instructions to the best picture from yesterdays trip to Kolesino waterfalls (see the previous post for more pictures from the occation) As you probably know if you're using an SLR (system camera), you can set the length of time the image is taken. I will not develop it all the more for the moment, but straight describe how to achieve the effect. After setting up the camera on the tripod, which is vital to make the image sharp when using a slow shutter speed, set the camera's self-timer on 2 seconds for example. Compose, zoom and focus the image, until you are satisfied. Because it 's daylight and you will set a slow shutter speed, the picture risk to get too bright. Therefore you need to set the ISO at 200 , 100 or even lower. Then shoot the picture and try different shutter speeds for an example 1/30 or 1/8 second. Do you think that the water does not get enough movement -increase the shutter speed again. With one or several seconds, the movement effect will be bigger. But If the picture gets too bright, then change the aperture century upwards from f10 to f16 for an example. Take a number of picture and make sure that the water don´t get too bright. So go out and try, and if so, feel free to give a comment about the result.
